Renovation and energy efficiency upgrade of a small residential unit in the historic center: after years of using these spaces as storage, the renovation and energy requalification have allowed for a creative reinterpretation of these once dark and damp rooms into a fluid, connected space. Central to the design are the facilities – bathroom/kitchen/storage room – with a circular path connecting the bedroom and living room.

The color blue serves as a distinguishing element between day and night environments, defining the service and passage areas.

The internal insulation applied to the perimeter walls has significantly reduced energy consumption and humidity levels, elevating the overall comfort indoors.
