DEMOLITION AND RECONSTRUCTION IN THE HISTORIC CENTER
This site is located in the historic center of a town in the province of Padua, on a lot occupied by an ancient and dilapidated building facing the road and by a 1960s property whose size and appearance are ill-suited to that historical context.
The project involves the demolition and reconstruction of the complex, reducing the built volume and expanding the permeable surface area of the lot. In addition to the main residence, it will house an additional residential unit and a space intended for an artisan workshop.
