The process of renovating and improving the energy efficiency of this grand building near the historic walls of Padova commenced with the design in 2019, focusing on dividing it into multiple units.

Originally designed as the sole residence for a large family, contemporary needs necessitated a reconfiguration of the extensive available space, resulting in the creation of three residential units. Following this, through the comprehensive upgrade of energy efficiency in the building’s envelope, complete replacement of systems and windows, and the elimination of architectural barriers,

we successfully converted an energy-consuming structure with strict facade constraints into a small condominium with extremely high energy efficiency.
